STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Complex located in one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. A few minutes drive from Città di Castello, Perugia and also Arezzo and many places in Tuscany. The hotel has a hall, a restaurant, several games rooms, a TV and reading room. Car parking a few meters from the property on the street, we offer free bike use.

THE ROOMS
The rooms are all furnished in a simple and functional way, ONLY some have a balcony and ONLY some have a shower cubicle, others have a shower with curtain and others with a bathtub. ONLY some have Air Conditioning (it is not possible to guarantee the type of room at the time of booking) while all have TV and phono. The private bathrooms are inside each room. Room cleaning and towel change takes place every two days while bed linen is changed once every 7 days.

RESTAURANT
The property offers half-board stays. The food is that of the Italian gastronomic tradition. You can have a breakfast choosing between sweet and savory, while for the other meals of the day you will be ready for a choice of meat and fish menus. For the little ones there is every day the possibility of having variations to the Menu.
