This website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is created by ComCart S.R.L. (comcart.it) and the contents are managed by Village Hotel di Laura Dattila based in Cesenatico. 

These Terms of Use apply to any user who uses the services on the Site.
1. Registration and use of the Services
1.1. 1.4. Village Hotel will not enter into any commitment with the user with regards to the publication of content on the Site.
2. Liability and guarantees
2.1. The user guarantees that any comment proposed by him is in his legitimate availability, does not conflict with mandatory rules and does not violate any copyright, trademark, distinctive sign, patent or other third party right.
In any case, it is explicitly forbidden to use the Services to contravene directly or indirectly the laws in force of the Italian State or of any other State.
The user will remain solely responsible for any claims made by third parties in relation to the photos and texts proposed and for the violation of any industrial property right, intellectual property as well as for the violation of any other applicable provision in force and in any case of any injury to rights of third parties.
2.2. Village Hotel will not be responsible in any way for any damage or prejudice that users may suffer from accessing, interconnecting, downloading material and computer programs from the Site. Therefore Village Hotel will not be required for any reason whatsoever to answer for any damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that users may suffer as a result of contact with the Site, or as a result of the use of what is published therein, so as of the software used.

THE RIGHTS OF USERS

The European Regulation recognises the right of the interested party (the person who provides his/her data) to  ask  the data controller (Village Hotel) for access to  his/her personal data and to obtain a copy of it.
In particular, pursuant to art. 15 of the Regulation, each interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller (Village Hotel) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and to a series of other information, such as:

(b)  the categories of personal data concerned;
c)   the  Recipients  or  the  Categories  of  Recipients  at  which  the  data  Personal  are  States  or  Will  Press releases  in  particular  if recipients from third countries or international organisations;
(d)  where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be retained or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
You also have the right to  ask  per  titular  of  treatment  the  rectification  o  the  erasure  of  their personal data, pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the Regulation, or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning them or to object to their processing pursuant to Articles 18 and 21.
The Regulation provides, in art. 20, also the right to the portability of their data.
All the rights granted by national legislation are also expressly recognized.
Any interested party can revoke the consent to the processing and lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, in accordance with the regulations in force.

How to exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation and to know the list of Data Processors 
The user may, at any time, exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22  of the Regulation as well as to know the complete list of the Data Processors by sending an e-mail message to the address of the Data Controller commerciale@villagehotel.it, or a letter to be sent by post to: Village Hotel di Laura Dattila – Cesenatico (FC)
