This website (hereinafter the “Website”) has been created by ComCart S.R.L. (comcart.it) and the contents are managed by ZONA SOCIETA’ A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA with registered office in Frattamaggiore.
These Terms of Use apply to any user who uses the services on the Site.
1. Registration and Use of the Services
1.1. The user’s registration on the Website allows the latter, after authentication using the access credentials provided to him/her (“nickname” and “password”), to use the services on the Website, such as, but not limited to, the insertion of a text and/or an image, as well as to enter his/her own recipe (hereinafter “Services”).
Registration on the Site implies the user’s acceptance of these Terms of Use of the Services.
The use of the Services is allowed to the user for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
1.2. The user who registers on the Site grants ZONA SOCIETA’ A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA :
– the right to publish and use, without any limitation and free of charge, comments/photos made available by the user through the Site;
– the right to reproduce, modify, adapt or develop the photos without any limitation and without any compensation being due to the user;
1.3. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Privacy Information Note, user content will be treated by Zona srls as non-confidential and may therefore be subject to publication, disclosure or use by Zona srls in any way.
1.4. Zona srls does not assume any commitment towards the user regarding the publication of content on the Site.
2. Liability and warranties
2.1. The user guarantees that any comment proposed by him is in his legitimate availability, does not conflict with mandatory rules and does not violate any copyright, trademark, distinctive sign, patent or other third party right.
In any case, it is explicitly forbidden to use the Services to contravene directly or indirectly the laws in force of the Italian State or of any other State.
The user will remain solely responsible for any claims made by third parties in relation to the photos and texts proposed and for the violation of any industrial property right, intellectual property as well as for the violation of any other applicable provision in force and in any case of any injury to rights of third parties.
2.2. Zona srls will not be liable in any way for any damage or prejudice that users may suffer from access, interconnection, downloading of material and computer programs from the Site. Therefore, Zona srls will not be held liable for any damage, loss, prejudice of any kind that users may suffer due to contact with the Site, or following the use of what is published on it, as well as the software used.

The contents (texts, images, sounds, films, graphics, trademarks, logos, audiovisuals, etc.) of this site are the exclusive property of Zona srls , and/or third parties and are protected by current legislation on the protection of copyright, law no. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “LdA”). All rights are reserved, also with reference to the elaboration and methods of publication of each text and each image. The rights referred to in art. 102 of the LdA. Extraction or re-use of all or part of the content of this site by any means or form is prohibited.
Reproduction, communication to the public, making available to the public, rental and lending, public performance, even partial, and dissemination without the authorization of the rightholder is prohibited. Processing of personal data
SIMPLIFIED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AREA shows the highest attention to the protection of personal data, having adopted adequate and necessary measures for the protection of data and the storage of the same by virtue of the application of the national and European regulations of reference and having examined any risk related to the activities mentioned above.
Access to some sections of the site and/or any requests for information or services by users of the site may be subject to the insertion of personal data, the processing of which by ZONA SOCIETA’ A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA, as Data Controller, will take place in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the national legislation in force on the subject. The purpose of this information is to allow users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the site and providing their data, how ZONA SOCIETA’ A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA processes the personal data of users and it will be necessary for the user to read it before providing his/her personal data by filling in the appropriate spaces in the various sections of the site, providing consent to the processing of data.
Purpose of the processing
According to the needs expressed from time to time by the user who accesses the various sections of the site, the purposes of the processing of personal data provided directly by users by filling in the online forms may be as follows:
a) provide the requested service, with all connected and associated services for any reason;

The registration of users on the site is not required for the provision of some services offered by Zona srls . However, in order to process any requests from users regarding these services, they will be invited to provide personal data, which will be processed only for the relative purposes and for the strictly necessary time.
Methods and duration of processing
Personal data will be processed mainly in an automated form, with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, by the staff and collaborators of Zona srls or companies expressly appointed as data processors. Outside of these hypotheses, the data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except in the cases specifically provided for by national or European Union law. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently, for the time in which the owner is subject to conservation obligations for legal tax purposes or for other purposes, provided for by law and / or regulations.

The provision of personal data is optional, but it is partly necessary (i.e. for those data whose boxes are marked with an asterisk) so that Zona srls can meet the needs of the user in the context of the functions of the site. Failure, partial or incorrect provision of personal data marked with an asterisk, as necessary for the execution of the requested service, does not make this execution possible; while the failure, partial or incorrect provision of optional unnecessary personal data does not entail any consequence.

Scope of communication or dissemination of users’ personal data
The personal data provided directly by users by filling in the online forms will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except in the case of inclusion on the site of the names of the winners of any competitions or prize operations promoted by Zona srls through the site.

THE RIGHTS OF USERS
The European Regulation recognises the right of the data subject (the person who provides his/her data) to request access to his/her personal data from the data controller (Zona srls ) and to obtain a copy of it.
In particular, pursuant to art. 15 of the Regulation, each interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller (Zona srls) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and to a series of other information, such as:
a) the purposes of the processing;
(b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the Recipients or the Categories of Recipients at which the data Personal are States or Will Press releases in particular if recipients from third countries or international organisations;
d) where possible, the envisaged retention period for personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
You also have the right to ask per titular of treatment the rectification o the erasure of their personal data, pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the Regulation, or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning them or to object to their processing pursuant to Articles 18 and 21.
The Regulation provides, in art. 20, also the right to data portability.
All the rights granted by national legislation are also expressly recognized.
Each data subject may revoke consent to the processing and lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, in accordance with current regulations.
How to exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation and to know the list of Data Processors
