STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
A few steps from the sea and the evening promenade of San Mauro Mare, a town with a rich program of markets and evening events. It offers free wi-fi in the common areas, a lounge with TV and an outdoor terrace furnished with tables and chairs. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the “Italia in Miniatura” theme park, less than 25 minutes from Mirabilandia, Zoo Safari, Acquafan, Oltremare, Fiabilandia and many others. The restaurant is fully air conditioned. Car parking at the hotel for a fee by reservation only. Possibility of using the swimming pool in our other hotel 50 meters away for a fee, if available;

THE ROOMS
The rooms all have balcony, TV, ONLY some with air conditioning and hairdryer, safe on reservation for a fee. We cannot guarantee air conditioning in the room at the time of booking. The private bathrooms are inside each room with shower (in some there is a curtain, in others the box and in others floor shower without curtain, it is not possible to guarantee the presence of the box when booking). Room cleaning and towel change takes place every two days while bed linen is changed once every 7 days.

RESTAURANT
The simple food is that of the Italian tradition. You can have a breakfast choosing between sweet and savory, while for the other meals of the day two menus of your choice will be ready for you. For the little ones there is the possibility of having some variations to the menu.

BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THE BAR AND ON THE OUTDOOR TERRACE WITHOUT ASSIGNING A SEAT AT THE TABLE
