THIS SITE ADVERTISES PROPERTIES THAT CARRY THE TRADEMARK “VILLAGE HOTEL”<\/h4>\n

STAYS GUARANTEED BY THE ZONA SRLS COMPANY MANAGING EACH INDIVIDUAL HOTEL UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:<\/span><\/h4>\n

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE:<\/h4>\n

  • Check – In<\/strong> : from 16.00 onwards<\/li>\n
  • Check – Out<\/strong> : The rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    PAYMENTS<\/h4>\n

    At the time of booking confirmation, within the terms indicated in the booking confirmation, the deposit must be paid directly to the managing company of the chosen facility, in the amount of 25%, 50% or 100% of the amount (depending on the offer chosen) calculated on the total stay. For bookings that require the payment of the deposit in two or more tranches, if even one tranche is not respected, the booking is to be considered cancelled and any amount already paid will be retained as a penalty.
    The balance of the remaining amount must be paid at the time of check-in (arrival at the hotel). <\/p>\n

    DURING YOUR STAY<\/h4>\n

    • Unless you have different specifications on the confirmation, your stay will always start with dinner if you have purchased a package that includes catering services.
      The room on the day of arrival is always delivered after 4 pm and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.<\/li>\n
    • Towels are changed every two days, while sheets are changed mid-stay only for holidays of at least 6 nights.<\/li>\n
    • Any services and\/or meals booked at the time of confirmation and not used will not be refunded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE TOURIST PACKAGE BEFORE DEPARTURE<\/h4>\n

      In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the conditions applied are those indicated in your reservation at the time of confirmation and may vary according to the type of offer to which you have subscribed, therefore the stay contract means the reservation email that you receive at the time of confirmation which, in addition to reporting the date of the stay, Number of participants and services included, there are the conditions of cancellation and\/or modification of the reservation.<\/p>\n
